General Process

Initial free consultation
Customer proposal and quote is generated based upon consultation. (For large or complex jobs a retainer fee will be required in order to complete a detailed proposal and quote.)
Upon approval of proposal, customer provides a 50% deposit, a signed copy of the contract and the needed materials to begin the project.
An initial proof of HTML and/or graphics will be submitted to the customer for approval and revisions.
Customer submits revisions to the design team along with written approval for work to proceed.
Upon completion of design a final proof will be submitted to the customer.
Customer is billed for the balance of any fees due.
Account is finalized after receipt of balance, and customer takes possession of finished product and/or site is launched.

Of course, many factors may contribute to hasten or delay completion of any project, but we will always do our best to complete all projects in the time frame agreed upon.

You can facilitate a timely completion of project by:

Spending time visiting web sites with similar interests as your business or personal taste.
Note elements or features you like or dislike in site design. Have notes available for the initial consultation.
Be prompt in providing materials, revisions and any other miscellaneous input to your designer when requested.

These steps will help your designer to acquire a feel for the theme of your site early on, so that when it comes time for development, your prototype(s) may be generated more quickly and meet your expectations.

We believe in being "partners" in your decision making and your success.
